cant dload new maps on other servers?

might be to do with the probs im havin whilst getting onto our server, that is always having to dload materials and the likes but every other server i try and get on i get nowhere, it gets to the dload part and then just crashes, that is it doeasnt, anything?

I have cl_downloadfilter none
so it won;t let me download any maps or anything, so i download them of fpsbanana.com I just find it easier.....

i have the same problem ramborc. i get them off fps banana, and then when im on the server and the map changes to one i dont have it downloads fine for me
