I had it for 12 months when I lived in Warrington and it was fine, no issues whatsoever.

If you got Sky TV then you can't really beat Sky for the price. I'm on £10 unlimited connection, upto 16mb although I only get 5mb.
Download speeds are good - but latency is a bit pants. 4 or 5 years ago I was on a 2mb line and the pings were great, but switched to Sky and playing CS wasn't quite as good as it used to be - and still isn't (I constantly get choke etc). That 2mb line was £35 though so considering the saving we've been with Sky ever since.
Also not a big fan of Sky routers - I long ago hacked the sky username and password (they don't give it to you - its hardcoded to the router) and started using my own router that is way more reliable. Thats compared to the 1st gen Sky router, I think they're on 3rd gen now.
